Yoga Teacher Training is an invitation to know yourself on a deeper level- and in my, and many others' cases- develop an appreciation and love for who you are at your core through the philosophical aspects of the Yoga practice.

Yoga Teacher Training, or YTT, (200 in this case) is the first level of certification to become a Registered Yoga Teacher
